What I Do and What You Can Expect from Our Collaboration

 

My name is Matěj Hodoušek, and I am a certified instructor of corrective exercise and a fitness trainer specializing in physio-fitness. My primary goal is to help people eliminate pain, prevent injuries, and improve their movement efficiency. I do not replace physiotherapists but build on their work. If you have a medical condition, you should first seek a physiotherapist or another healthcare specialist. Once you are advised to start exercising, that’s where I come in.

 

 

Corrective Exercise (for pain relief, muscle imbalances, and injury prevention)

 

This area focuses on correcting movement patterns and eliminating pain caused by a sedentary lifestyle, repetitive strain, or incorrect technique in sports.

 

 

 

Performance Training (for strength, endurance, and fitness improvement)

 

If your goal is to improve overall fitness, gain strength, or build endurance, we will create a customized training program tailored to your needs.

 

  • Strength Training – Targeted exercises focusing on proper technique to ensure performance gains while avoiding injuries.

  • Conditioning Workouts – Dynamic training sessions to enhance endurance and overall fitness.

  • Functional Training – Improves coordination, stability, and body control for both daily activities and sports.

  • Sport-Specific Training Programs – If you are preparing for a challenge such as running, climbing, or another sport, we will design a personalized plan.

 

 

Specialized Training for Climbers

 

Climbers face unique movement challenges. As a passionate climber since 2005, I understand the sport deeply and offer tailored training:

 

 

 

Online Services – Movement Analysis, Training Sessions, and Customized Plans

 

During the COVID pandemic, we saw that online training could be an effective alternative to in-person coaching. Thanks to advanced movement analysis via video, detailed consultations, and structured guidance, we can successfully work on pain relief, strength training, and performance optimization remotely.
